For Standard Curbside Pickup:
Airport police does not allow us to stand and wait at the curbside at any airport for security purposes. To pick up the customers from curbside, our driver will be waiting 2-6 minutes away from the airport. When you reach the curbside in front of your arriving terminal, please call us at our number (1-203-673-3447). We will tell the driver to meet you at curbside. Passenger pick-up area (C ) or ( 3 ).
For efficient pick up timing & your convenience please call us as soon as you pick up your baggage from the baggage area. This will give our driver enough time to reach at curb so you do not have to wait.
Meet & Greet Inside Pickup: Add $15.00 for Inside Pickup. This rate does not include the parking fee.
Our driver will meet you at the baggage claim area with an Ipad that will display the name of the person responsible for the reservation. If you do not see your driver, please call our office at (1-203-673-3447) so our dispatchers can locate your driver and tell him/her where you are standing.
Inside pickup is mandatory for any customer(s) that will not be carrying any type of cell phone(s).
